Ravioli with grilled vegetables

Serves 5-6
Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 12 minutes



2 zucchinis
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 yellow, green & red pepper, cut in chopped
15 asparagus
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 red onion
Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
Sweet Italian basil
700g ravioli (to your taste)


While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a sauce pan and add your freshly cut vegetables (med heat)
Let sauté for 6 to 7 minutes, add salt & pepper
Drain your pasta and add to sauce pan, allow to sauté 5 min
Garnish your plate with Basil and parsley
