ricotta and spinach stuffed Conchiglie

Preparation: 10 minutes   
Cooking: 45 minutes

Ingredients

12 Conchiglie stuffed with Ricotta and Baby Spinach
2 cups marinara sauce
4 rosemary branches
12 chives branches minced
1/2 cup White Wine
1 clove Garlic minced
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan
  3. Add the garlic, onion and season
  4. Deglaze with white wine and let simmer
  5. Add the precooked Conchiglie
  6.  Place in the oven for 40 min at 350F covered
  7. Season to taste, add the chives and rosemary
  8. Enjoy
