Bring 4 litres of salted water to a boil. Add 1 kg of frozen pasta and boil for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain thoroughly and serve with your favourite sauce. Cannelloni, Manicotti, Fazzolletti, Rotolo, Giant Shells
Preheat oven to 400˚F. Place the frozen product into a baking dish, and cover with your favourite sauce. For best results, cover with aluminum foil. Bake in oven for 45 to 60 minutes. Gnocchi
Bring 4 litres of water (with 15 mL of salt) to a boil. Cook pasta for 12 to 15 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Rinse well with warm water. Drain again and serve with your favourite sauce.
