Successfully cooking pasta...

Tortellini - Ravioli - Cappelletti - Mini Ravioli - Gnocchi
Mediaglone - Agnolotti

Instructions :
Boil pasta in salted well boiled water for
12-15 minutes (frozen)
10-12 minutes (defrosted)

1 litre of water per 100 grams of pasta. Rinse thorougly with cool water, strain well. Add favorite sauce and serve.

 

Instructions :
Preheat oven at 375 F. Insert pasta into oven platter well covered in sauce. Let it cook for :
40-50 minutes (frozen)
30-35 minutes (defrosted)

Tips : Covering the platter with aluminium paper will create better results.
