The Journey So Far
Villa Ravioli is born of a passion to completely reinvent the pasta industry—to take something as basic as pasta making and turn it into a culinary art for the world to enjoy. In the early 90s, Michael, Domenic and Franco Masone, along with Roberto Bastone, embarked on a wonderful journey of innovation and discovery that would forever change the way people looked at pasta. From that time forward, pasta in Quebec’s Rivière-des-Prairies region became more than just a staple of Italian cooking—it became a mainstay of everyday Quebec cuisine.

Of course, the best part of any journey is the friends you make along the way. At Villa Ravioli, we’ve met so many wonderful people over the years and each of them has played a role in the company’s success. Today, we continue to manufacture and sell a wide variety of deliciously fresh Italian pastas, homemade sauces, authentic Italian meals, and other related products from our original plant and adjacent store in Rivière-des-Prairies. And we’re extremely grateful to all of our loyal customers for the support they share with us on a daily basis.

Over the years, Michael, Domenic, Franco and Roberto have perfected their craft to deliver a wide selection of quality products to a rapidly growing clientele. From agnolotti to tortellini, there’s no mistaking the signature taste and freshness of Villa Ravioli’s popular products. As the company grows—Villa Ravioli currently has a staff of 22 employees—its name will continue to be synonymous with perfection!
