Tortellini Alla Gigi

Preparation: 10 minutes   
Cooking: 15 minutes


400gr. Tortellini
1/2 cup Tomato  sauce
1 cup 35% Cream
2 Green onions minced
4 slices Capicollo cubed
8  Mushrooms chopped
White wine
Olive oil
Salt, Pepper


  1. Cook the meat stuffed tortellini in salted boiling water (12 min)and strain
  2. In a saucepan saute the capicollo and add the mushrooms and onions
  3. Deglaze with White wine, add the cream and reduce to half (1min)
  4. Add the tomato sauce and the tortellini
  5. Sprinkle with Parmeggiano
  6. Serve
