Fazzolletti with Mushrooms and Proscuitto

Preparation: 10 minutes  
Cooking: 45 minutes


8 Fazzolletti
1 Onion shredded
8 Mushrooms Sliced
1 cup Demi-Glace
1 cup 35% Cream
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F
  2.  Sauté the onions in olive oil in a sauce pan
  3.  Add the mushrooms
  4.  Add the Demi-Glace and let simmer lightly, then add the cream and bring to a boil
  5. Add the cooked Fazzolletti and place in oven covered for 40 minutes
  6.  Remove from oven and add remainder of sauce, as desired
  7.  Serve
